Elevated State Yoga offers instruction in Classical Hatha Yoga, with an eclectic flavor. (Variety is the spice of life!)

All classes begin with meditation; a few minutes of quiet self-reflection to still the chatter of the ego-mind, and to become aware of our emotional and physical state. Classes end with a guided meditation/relaxation.

Shambava practice includes:

  • Meditation - We begin with a few minutes of quiet self-reflection

  • Pranyama - Breathing exercises to release tension and increase energy flow

  • Asana - Gentle stretching, movements and postures to facilitate prana

  • Deep relaxation - We end with a guided meditation into deep relaxation
